We stayed with 20 family members and loved how spacious the Premier Suite was for gatherings. The staff treated us like royalty, even helping us with a minor tech issue. We also enjoyed a memorable morning at the Conservatory brunch with amazing food choices.
My wife says that the kids wished there were more family-friendly activities at the hotel, especially the pool situation which was a hassle to access.

A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Views
We enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay as a couple. Our Deluxe King Room on the 27th floor offered stunning city views and romantic sunsets. We made the most of the spa and dined at a fantastic on-site restaurant. a must-try for a special occasion! Book spa time early for the best slots!

We booked a deluxe king room for one night and checked in early. The room was ready, which was a nice surprise. The amenities impressed me. everything felt spotless, and the size worked well for my family. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive. The pool facilities were fantastic too, even with the crowd. However, the check-in experience was frustrating. I didn't have my credit card and couldn't use tap and pay—ended up waiting a long time for my husband to find an ATM. The key cards barely worked, leading to another delay when we wanted access to our room. At checkout, we had to wait again for housekeeping to clear the room before getting our cash deposit back, which took longer than expected. While the room and pool were great, the check-in and check-out processes really marred the experience.

spa services, convenient concierge, luxurious room layout
Dreadful check-in confusion with staff's inconsistent information!!! Charging policies for incidentals seemed arbitrary and poorly explained. It's infuriating that the primary amenities were undergoing renovation during my stay. Additional seating in lounge areas would enhance comfort significantly!!!

Exceptional Service and Stunning Views
My girlfriend and I had an amazing two-night stay. The reception area was stunning with gorgeous decor, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. We were awed by the breathtaking views from our room and found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but it would have been nice to have more seating in the communal areas.

Couples' Treat at a Luxurious Stay
We had a beautiful suite with a large bath that felt like a real treat. Even better, the staff sent us chocolates and sparkling to help us celebrate.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly it was still acceptable.
